It can be tempting to do everything you can to fit in with your friends. But if you don’t feel comfortable with something it’s always okay to say “no”.
Christmas is fast approaching, and our fabulous PTA has been very busy organising the annual Christmas Craft Fair, where you will find beautiful gifts from local suppliers.
Saturday, 5 November 2022, from 11am until 3pm at Oathall Community College.
Two members of the Oathall Equestrian Team competed in the local schools’ competition on Saturday, 15 October and performed fantastically. Both competitors came away with rosettes in the 70cm classes and have now qualified for the grassroots championships later this year.
Congratulations to you both.

We were delighted to welcome back Jack the Lad from Love Local Jobs and More Radio to deliver part one of the Dare to Dream programme to our year 9 students:- an inspirational and thought provoking session to help students start thinking about their futures.
We also had professionals from the Fire and Rescue Service, the NHS, First Central Insurance and Pruners Hairdressers presenting to our students as part of a full year programme designed to help with student’s long term planning of what they want to achieve and option choices.

This assembly celebrates all the hard work and achievements from this half term.
Is your young person interested in apps and digital media? Then this exciting project could be just the opportunity for them!
Students from local Haywards Heath schools are invited to join the Enterprise Academy. This is a unique digital learning experience which will give them the opportunity to develop an app in a safe and welcoming online environment that promises them new skills and exciting career opportunities.
To be selected for this project, students are required to commit to attend weekly sessions online, from 1 November – 18 December 2022 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm – 5.45pm. Over this period, each session will be focused on developing a custom-built app for Haywards Heath Town Council, where students will be supported by project mentors, and special “skills boost” guests from CloudyIT, Haywards Heath Town Council, Microsoft, and QA. This practical and peer-led learning environment is designed to empower these young people to work as an online community using the Microsoft Power Platform to build the app, and develop core business and interpersonal skills for improved future employment opportunities supported by industry experts.
