Contacting Oathall’s teachers and staff

When contacting teachers or other classroom based staff, please use emails sparingly and respectfully. Teachers don’t have regular access to emails and because of teaching, marking and other work committments they may not be able to check and respond to emails every day. A same day response may well not be possible and should not be expected. Teachers do not work in the school holidays and you should not expect them to reply to emails sent during this time.

We believe that it is, in most cases, better to speak to someone about a concern or a complaint than sending an email or posting on social media. We encourage parents to contact the school to make an appointment or ask for a teacher or member of staff to call them back at a convenient time for a conversation.  Please see our full code of conduct for contacting and communicating with Oathall staff here. 

Please do contact us on [email protected] if you have a question, concern, query, or complaint. We want to know if you feel unhappy about a situation or incident; we are keen to resolve these as quickly as possible.
