At Oathall Community College, we offer highly personalised, school-based teacher training.
Oathall is in a teacher training partnerships with Oriel ITT Partnership, coordinating Initial Teacher Training (ITT) across a number of schools in West Sussex. Oathall offers both School Direct, PGCE placements and the Apprenticeship route, we currently work with Brighton, Eastbourne, Sussex and Chichester Universities.

What support will I get during my training?
At Oathall, we provide a strong support network for trainees. On a day to day basis you will work closely with your subject mentor and other members of the faculty. In addition to this, you will have a professional tutor who will meet with you regularly to keep an overview of your training. The ITT Core Content Framework and the Early Career Framework (ECF) is covered in the school Professional Studies Programme, working alongside the university providers.
