Our drama students are preparing something very special for you. It’s now time to get your tickets before they disappear…

The Drama & Production Showcase – Tuesday 7th July from 6:00pm in the Drama and Dance Studio – will celebrate the many and varied talents of our KS3 and KS4 students. For one-night only they will perform original pieces, with support from our lighting and sound team, which they have written and directed themselves.

The evening will feature presenters, comedy, drama, and improvisation. We invite you to come along and support our students.

Tickets are now available via ParentPay at just £3 each. The cost of the tickets will cover the costs of putting on this production and future productions.

GCSE Drama students rise to the occasion

17th March 2026Nathan Davidson

On Friday of last week our fantastically talented Year 11 Drama students performed the practical part of their GCSE qualification, which accounted for a significant proportion of their final mark.

The day comprised of monologues, duologues and group performances, from well known plays including JB Priestley’s An Inspector Calls, Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet and Oscar Wilde’s An Ideal Husband.

Each student delivered their very best in demanding conditions under lights, with their performances being assessed by an external examiner, and also recorded.

The support this tight-knit group of students gave each other was tremendous and a joy to witness.
