Welcome to the newly relaunched Oathall parent teacher friends association (PTFA) Friends of Oathall.
The Friends of Oathall is a registered charity, and is made up of a combination of dedicated parents, friends and staff who work as a team to collaborate and support the school community. Its primary purpose is to raise funds to provide extra resources and opportunities for students, as well as to run social events that foster community engagement.
The Friends of Oathall also aims to support school trips and special events, ensuring that the school community remains active and involved. PTFAs are not only about fundraising; they also play a crucial role in enhancing the educational experience for students by promoting a supportive and inclusive environment within the school community.
The PTFA aims to provide refreshments for school events and hold other fun and inclusive events for the school community. The PTFA are always looking for new volunteer members to help raise funds for the school – this can be as little as helping for an hour at an event to being more involved with the organising of events. It’s a great way to get to know the school and staff community.
Whether you would like to join the main organising committee or just offer your assistance for selected events, please contact the Friends if you are interested in getting involved.
