The Albemarle Centre is part of the Oathall College campus and is used by the college, Hedgehogs nursery, Haywards Heath Youth CIC and Pioneer childcare. Any enquiries about hiring this facility should be made to [email protected]
Haywards Heath Youth CIC was formed in 2013 after WSCC Youth services cut back their provision for youth activities in this area. The organisation is a not-for-profit community interest company and operates independently of the college and WSCC. They use the centre as a base to offer positive activities for young people. This includes delivering a range of short courses and encouraging and supporting young people in volunteering opportunities. The company also runs a youth club night once a week. As well as this the organisation is able to provide support services and is willing to work with partners to develop the range of youth provision available in the area.
