Youth Sport Trust Young Ambassadors

18th October 2012J Godbolt

Year 9 students Josie Batchelor and Lily Bravo were selected from their year group to train as Youth Sport Trust Young Ambassadors and attend a conference led by Mid Sussex Active and the Youth Sports Trust. Josie and Lily will be part of a team of Young Ambassadors across the country that will work within their schools and local community to continue the London 2012 legacy and work towards increasing sporting participation and promoting its positive values.

Josie Batchelor and Lily Bravo meet GB Diver Pete Waterfield.

The girls were even fortunate enough to meet Great Britain Diver Pete Waterfield. I have every confidence that Josie and Lily will be superb Young Ambassadors and look forward to seeing their ideas put into practice.
