Students are being encouraged to sign up to take part in the Open Mic event in the library next week to celebrate National Poetry Day.
At lunchtime on Thursday 1 October students can read a poem they’ve written themselves or a poem they admire to earn House Points and Credits – as well as the recognition of speaking in front of their peers and teachers.
Students that are interested in taking part should register at the library this week!
