A group of Y10 and 11 students spent an inspiring evening at Hurstpierpoint College last week, which was hosting an Introduction to Oxbridge and making A Level Choices presentation by the outreach team from Churchill College, Cambridge.
Isabel Grant gave them plenty to think about it terms of subject choices, and the grades they will need to achieve to be competitive applicants. Brian Schofield, Head of Sixth Form at Hurst covered super-curricular activities, and how students can strengthen their learning outside of the classroom to prepare themselves for university level study.
Thank you to Hurst for showing us round, feeding us in your dining hall and hosting such a great event.
