As part of our continued development at Oathall we are introducing a new way of coordinating our extra-curricular activities. This includes how we share information of the clubs on offer and update you of any changes as they occur.
The new system, called EvolveClubs, is also a booking system and allows you to book your child into a club, amend a booking, monitor attendance and receive club specific information. Your child is also able to make and amend bookings.
You may wish to create a myEvolve account which enables you to manage bookings and gives you an overview of the programme on your phone or your PC.
There is no expectation for you to create an account. You and your child will still receive emails for all of the clubs that they can attend which will direct you to a booking site. Clubs are free of charge unless otherwise stated and if numbers are limited this will be indicated on the booking form.

We will switch completely to the Evolve programme from 27 September 2021.
