Making sure students get off to the best start in the mornings is important to us. Eating a good breakfast provides the energy needed until lunchtime, improves concentration and can help to cut down on snacking. Too often students are missing out, choosing breakfast options that are high in sugar or fat or not having breakfast at all.
This week, students at Oathall will be learning about making better breakfast choices in tutor time and assembly. We hope that parents will support and encourage their child to make the right choices for a good breakfast.
