Each Monday students may wish to try out one of the activities from our new Mindfulness Monday well-being site  These are designed to support well being. You may find it helpful to keep a record of what you have done and there are two record-keeping ideas in the activity journal section. if you don’t like these feel free to make your own. We would love to be able to see what you have been doing, so please do share your journals with your tutors or keep them for when we are back.

We will update the sections as we find new activities so please do share anything you have done that helped your own well being and we will post it for others to try.
